I read in the Sunday papers that in Germany players don't get paid if they are out for more than six weeks. This is the reason Daniel Agger is against moving to the BL. Is this true? What has Seb Kehl been doing for money for the last two years?

That is a typical German contract, something in there to protect the club. I am not at all opposed to this, as you do have some players that are ALWAYS injured. I feel like the wage shouldn't be drastically cut, but if the club isn't getting anything from you then I think it is fair to say you don't deserve your entire salary.

Also, I don't think German contracts are like this but I would hope they don't cut wages if a player were to get cancer or something terrible of the sort...
