Former Bayern Munich goalkeeper Michael Rensing is going on trial with ambitious Leicester City.
The 26-year-old former Germany U21 international has been without a club since leaving Bayern in the summer and is a free agent.
He has had interest from Premier League sides but has been tempted by Sven Goran Eriksson's blueprint for Leicester who re-signed another goalkeeper Carl Ikeme from Wolves on Friday on a month's loan.
...
could be a good move for him .. chance to get playing again hes a long career ahead only 26 .. not in his prime as with most keepers long way to go
i never saw him as a bad keeper just thought buyern decided neuer and adler were better and set thier grubby hands on them now more so neuer
they are like the bratty child who sees another kids playing with smth better than they do and sets their sights on it and decide i will have it
good look michi

I always thought Rensing was pretty decent keeper. I've never been convinced by Butt- I think he is very shaky sometimes and he can't kick for shit!
